World's largest goth fest

TOPICS: festivals Germany music festivals Freistaat Sachsen Leipzig The city of Leipzig in Eastern Germany, known for its annual 'Johann Sebastian Bach' festival, is also known for holding the world's largest goth or "dark culture" party. The 19th Wave-Gotik-Treffens Fest was held this weekend, and had around 200 "dark music groups" featuring folk, medieval, deathrock, dark electro, electronic body music, symphonic metal, gothic metal and more.
