Gidget Goes to Culburra

If, like me, you grew up spending your weekends watching the fun, but hokey, antics of Gidget and Moondoggie as they danced their way around the beaches of Southern California, then a stay at Gidget Goes to Culburra is sure to have you surfing down memory lane. Only two hours from Sydney, this hot-pink beach house is the perfect place to organise your next clam bake. Original owner, the Big Kahuna, clearly had fun decorating the house with the Gidget theme permeating every room — there's even a super groovy love shack attached!
