The Village Halloween Parade is the ultimate spooky spectacle. It is the largest celebration of its kind in the world and has been picked by Festivals International as 'The Best Event in the World' for October 31. The 2009 theme for the parade held on Saturday night was 'Terra Incognita', meaning 'sailing into the darkness of unknown waters'.
