One of the most elaborate Christmas lights displays in Australia is the annual Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas Lights Spectacular. Held in the 25-acre Hunter Valley Gardens just two hours' north of Sydney, the nightly spectacle launched recently to mark the festive season. For those of us who are too busy before Christmas, the Spectacular will stay put throughout the school holidays up until January 26, 2013.
