There's only one place where you'll find a Dustin Hoffman, Raging Bitch, Slovenian Rhapsody, and Reverend Ray in the same room. That's the annual Great British Beer Festival at Earls Court in London, home to more than 700 real ales, ciders and foreign beers (including the colourfully named varieties above). Run by Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), and held from August 3 to 7, 2010, Britain's biggest beer festival attracted around 60,000 punters with the sole aim of getting blissfully pissed.
