Auckland's annual "Boobs on Bikes" parade's popularity seems to be ... sagging (ahem). Yesterday's hooter-scooter romp attracted less than half the audience as last year's crowd of 80-90,000. The parade is held to draw attention to the city's Erotica Expo and has seen bare-chested bikers cruise Queen Street off and on since 2006.
