New best job in the world: Get paid to test waterslides around the world

Want the best job in the world? How about this: get paid to test waterslides at luxury resorts around the world and pocket a nice chunk of change in the process.

First Choice Resorts are offering one successful (and lucky) applicant the chance to be flown around Europe, North Africa, Turkey and Egypt to test waterslides and swimming pools.

The contract position provides $15,000 pay, all travel and accommodation paid for. The winner also gets a free seven-night, all-inclusive stay for two at a resort at the end of the contract. Sign me up, now!

This dream job could become your reality – but you'll be up against some stiff competition. In order to be considered, you'll have to put together a 30-second video clip outlining why you're the best swimmer for the job.

This "new" best job is very similar to Tourism Queensland's 2009 campaign, appropriately called "The Best Job in the World".

Head to the official site to apply. Don't forget to pack your trunks!
